We strive to provide you with high-quality press-on nails and an exceptional shopping experience. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase of press-on nails, we offer store credit for eligible returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for store credit, the press-on nails must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Additionally, the original receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the return.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, opened or used press-on nails cannot be returned. 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at queenkushproducts@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once the return is approved, kindly ship the unused and unopened press-on nails, along with the RMA number, to the provided address. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue store credit for the value of the returned product, excluding any shipping fees.

The store credit provided can be used for future purchases and does not have an expiration date. Please note that store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual.

We aim to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible. Please note that our standard processing time for orders is between 7 to 14 business days from the date of purchase. This processing time allows us to carefully prepare and fulfill each order with the utmost attention to quality.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day. Additionally, orders with customized items or special requests may require additional processing time.

Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended due to increased order volumes.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing you to track the status and estimated delivery date of your package.
